Col de la Couillole – St Sauveur sur Tinée

The Col de la Couillole is a 1,678-metre-high mountain pass in the French Alps. The pass is located in the Alpes-Maritimes. On the D30 between Roubion and Beuil.
The Col de la Couillole was climbed once in the Tour de France in 1975.
The eastern ascent of the Col is often started by bike from Saint-Sauveur-sur-Tinée. Then it involves a climb of 1168 altimeters over a distance of 16.02 km (7.3%). In het westen kan vertrokken worden in Beuil waar een afstand van 7,25 km wacht met een helling van 3,3%. From the south, departures can be made in Pont-de-Cians for a 29.4km climb with a 4.6% gradient.
